Meet Jason Smith, foreman. He is responsible for many projects that use GBMs and auger bores as methods for construction.

Jason joined Midwest Mole in 2004 because he “heard it was a great place to work. I enjoy the everyday challenges that underground construction brings.”

Last year Jason and Midwest Mole had the opportunity to participate in a career fair at a local high school. His charismatic demeanor and passion for recruiting a younger generation must be emulated by others to further our trades. His words of advice to anyone entering our field, “Work hard with an open mind.”

When he is not out working in the field, Ja-son enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and 4 sweet, loving daughters. He also loves to go ATV riding.
