James Dodson has been with Midwest Mole since June of 2018. He works as a laborer where he cuts and welds pipe, handmines, and anything else that needs to be done on the site.

When asked what excites him about his job, he said “Everything!” He loves learning new things and new ways to do them; therefore, it isn’t surprising that he can’t decide on a favorite project he has worked on- they all are his favorite!

James has a great work ethic which shows in his words of wisdom to a new employee, “If you show up on time, you’re late. If you show up early, you’re on time!”

Not only does he work hard on the jobsite, but he works hard off-site as well. James spends his free time remodeling homes and working on cars. He also enjoys spending time with his two children.
