Donnie is many things: a loving father, a jokester, an undercover cowboy, and a fashionable dresser. One thing he is not is lazy.

Donnie joined Midwest Mole in 2012. Today, he is a keyman laborer — the right-hand man to the foreman. He works hard and is willing to do anything that is asked of him. His willingness to learn as much as possible while getting his hands dirty truly sets him apart.

When asked about his favorite project to work on during his time here, he simply replied, “All jobs, so I can learn all I can to better myself.” His words of wisdom to a new Mole would be to “keep your eyes open and ask questions. And don’t be scared to work!”
