Meet Collin Scales. He is a laborer on our HDD side. The first thing you will notice about him is his infectious smile. No matter the time of day or what is going on at the time, he is ALWAYS smiling and when you are around him, you can’t help but smile as well. Next month marks his one-year anniversary with us! The reason he joined us was to follow in his father’s footsteps (his dad is one of our Superintendents).

In his short time here, Collin has learned a lot and been to many jobs. He enjoys the fact that he gets to travel and see new places and he also likes all the people he works with. “Working here has been way better than any other company I’ve worked for,” he stated when asked what sets us apart.

In his spare time, this country boy loves to ride an ATV and get muddy. He also enjoys hanging out with his family.

His words of wisdom to a new hire would be to “Just stay busy and do what you’re asked.”
