C.W.’s top priority away from work is to spend time with his wife, son, and daughter. He loves to hang out at the lake, attend drag races and dirt track races, work on old vehicles, and remodel his house.

He joined our team in March 2018 and he takes care of buying, selling, fixing, storing, and transporting our equipment. C.W. is also in charge of the shop, our trucking operations, and our yard. Before he came to Midwest Mole, he says he “spent the first decade of my career fixing and building underground equipment, and the next ten years managing it.”

C.W.’s favorite part of his job is the fact that things are always changing and no two days are the same. “There’s never a shortage of problems to work through in my position, and I really enjoy that,” he says. He likes working at Midwest Mole because “there’s a lot of companies that talk about a family atmosphere, but here, it’s actually true!”
