After meeting with former owner and CEO Dan Liotti, Jason Miller, and the executive team, he realized the like-mindedness and people-first attitude he shared with them. It was then he knew he had to be a part of our team. He is a big believer in the servant leadership model, "If you meet the legitimate needs of others first, the rest falls into place." In the short amount of time he has spent here, he said he already feels as though he is part of the Mole family as everyone has been so welcoming and receiving of him.

When Adam is not busy spending his time supporting the growth of the business, he is spending time with his loving wife, beautiful daughters, and goofy puppies. He loves to relax by fishing, playing volleyball, and sipping on a fine bourbon.
